Terrible management
The pool is always closed. The apartments are not prepared properly for new incoming tenants. The management office is filled with rude employees who give zero effort. The play areas are nice, at least.

Monarch Meadows a good place to live!!!
I am very grateful for the attention received from the beginning in the Monarch Meadows apartments, the administrative staff always attentive to our requirements, always friendly and very proactive. The staff in charge of maintenance are always cordial and very efficient in solving any problem. One of the great advantages of living in MM is the proximity to many shops, services and other offices that make our stay easier. Thank you so much for all you did during our stay at Monarch Meadows... apartments

Love living here.
I'm a newly single mom who was looking for an apartment with enough space for two kids and myself at a decent price. I was blown away with what Monarch Meadows had to offer, Multiple big spacious parks for my kids to run, play, hills to sled, walking parks nearby, a swimming pool, and the inside of my apartment is beautifully upgraded with vaulted ceilings and so clean. Both Ada and Jenny were my leasing agents, I felt they were kind, empathetic and a pleasure to work with. I had one issue with... my dryer not working but the maintenance staff Andrew and Skyler were there that same and got it fixed for me. I am very happy with where I live and every time I see a tour walk past I am sure to let them know.
