URSA is amazing
I would strongly recommend living at Ursa! The front desk employees and maintenance guys are super friendly and provide a warm, home-feeling experience. One of the managers, audrey, is very sweet and is friends with everyone. You can always go to her with anything on your mind. The pool is awesome too. It is so easy to make friends with neighbors which has been the best part for me

Do not live here if you value your privacy, safety, or being treated with basic respect as a tenant.
Management at this property has repeatedly shown a disregard for tenant rights and lease obligations. Earlier this semester, they failed to remove an unauthorized occupant from my apartment who was stealing from me and my roommates, and only took action after outside pressure was applied.
More recently, they entered my apartment without notice or consent to retrieve a package that they themselves had misdelivered to my designated locker. I had retrieved the package mistakenly and had it in my... possession for less than 24 hours before they entered my unit and took it — without informing me or giving proper legal notice. When I raised concerns, I was met with blame and condescension rather than accountability.
The pattern of unprofessionalism, failure to enforce basic lease terms fairly, and lack of respect for tenants’ privacy makes it clear that this is not a property that prioritizes resident well-being. I strongly recommend looking elsewhere.
