Seems nice but is managed poorly
Moved in several weeks ago to A/C that does not work, a leak in the bathroom, caulk in the carpeting, doors that leak when it rains. While management has resolved some of these issues, my A/C is still not functioning over 3 weeks after move-in. After speaking with the front-office, I was told my A/C was actually performing as it should (77 degrees at 10pm yesterday when I was trying to go to sleep while it was 82 degrees outside) and that I should consider buying black-out curtains. The... repairman is well-intended and has fixed several of our issues, but they have a singular maintenance person to work on over 100 units. Would not make the decision to live here again.
