The worst place to live.
I’ve been a previous resident who has went through the changes with this property. First the rent was reasonable and it was quiet . Then new owners bought it and “ upgraded it “ now it’s too much and not worth the dollar . A few coats of paint new flooring and countertops don’t make up for the increase. Rent never stays the same you pay the employees the maintenance the pest control the yard people it’s just getting worse. Bring back the previous owners cause management sucks. I do not recommend... this complex.

Great place to stay.
Very quiet & everything is nicely remodeled. I like the location of the apartments as well. The manager is very respectful & try’s to work with you as much as possible as well.

maintenance
I've been here for 4 years, the old apartment manager was pretty good about getting to maintenance requests. I've had one in for a leaky kitchen sink and a stopped up bathroom sink for over a month
