I was looking to sign a lease here because the apartments were really well-priced, but I knew someone else already living there who was having a lot of problems with management. I also could not get the office to answer any of my emails, and there was a lack of communication for a long time. The people I knew already living there were having the same issues with communication and feeling like the leasing office was not communicating with them well, even with pressing neighbor issues and... construction issues in their apartment itself. This extreme lack of communication and failure to act on issues in a timely manner really concerned me as a future resident, so much so that I actually decided not to sign a lease even after months of thinking I was going to live there. The people I know living there are still having issues with communication with the office, including giving less than a 12-hour notice of maintenance coming to all apartments, electric wiring to the meters being set up incorrectly, resulting in them paying electric bills that were not theirs and no one informing them as well as many other issues. I moved in a few months ago , and had a couple small issues moving in that were resolved immediately. Morgan and Cindy were extremely helpful and great at communicating with the move in process. I even had a missing package that they located and left inside my apartment with a voicemail letting me know. Price range was in my budget, and I highly recommend!

Live literally anywhere else in town. Our apartment has stunk of weed ever since we moved in in July and the complex refuses to do anything about it. They’ve sent us to the local police department multiple times who then tell us to contact apartment management who then do nothing and send us back to the police.
Additionally, we’ve tried numerous times to gain access to the clubhouse after hours and we are still unable to get in after multiple times trying and over five months of living here.
The... apartments are tiny and the rent is ridiculously expensive for what you get.
When we moved in there were a number of things unfinished in our "brand new" apartment. We submitted work orders for these things and some of them still have not been finished, 6 months later.
I will not be suggesting this complex to any of my friends and we will happily move out as soon as our lease is up. Read More
