I have been living here for several years and I like the community as well as staff members and I recommend it to all my friends and family members.

Quick and easy. The apartments are very nice & clean. Kendr was very helpful. Located next to a Walmart & restaurants. Nice atmosphere. Elevators incase you don’t feel like taking the stairs

A lot has changed since we moved here in 2023. Although the original office staff is no longer at this location, the current staff has been bringing back events to get residents involved. The maintenance guys continue to be awesome! Residents are more vocal about notifying the office about dog poop and smoking. I noticed that parking became better. It seems to me that vehicle registration in the app was enforced because I've seen the tow truck more in the past few months than I've seen the whole... 3 years we've been living here. The front office staff is always smiling and when they see you, they ask how you are. They will ask if I need anything.
The maintenance crew is super quick to take care of whatever needs to be done. Even though I’ve not had any major problems they’re always willing to help.
They periodically do maintenance checks on things like smoke detectors. Check for leaks. Check your AC change out AC filters.
I can’t think of any place else I would rather live. This place is top-notch.
