The garage is not safe, the emergency exit doors are not working properly, the garage light are out, stairwells stink like urine, mail room is a mess, delivery packages everywhere. With all that said management still didn’t let me out of my contract. At first I was told I will be charged over 5k in fees. I only had the keys to the apartment for 2 days. Cars Get broken into, mail stolen, extremely loud. My heat is currently broke on the coldest days of the year and they told me to live with it until its fixed in 5 days.

I moved into an apartment that had walls full of blemishes (not painted). They did not clean apartment (which still had items present from previous tenant in bathroom and kitchen). For example there was old food items in the refrigerator and in the oven. The appliances are old and worn to completely nonfunctional, half the light bulbs were blown. They have a large 4 floor garage with key access, but the door is often broken or the keys nonfunctional. The access doors from the garage are also key... access, but half the doors are broken and anyone can just walk in.
