Old, roaches, rusty sinks, old/not working appliances. They have this trick where they show you a new apartment as an example. Your apartment will NOT look like that.

Condom wrapper on stairways. Toured this place as I know one of the occupants and it is absolutely disgusting. Filthy corridors and stairways, many people who reside here leave trash outside of doors. I have called and tried to get an actual tour of the apartments but the office management was nothing but rude, so glad I saw this place for what it is, a dirty, filthy and unlivable establishment.

After trying to get a 17 y.o. microwave replaced they said it was do to bad usage and were going to charge me $275 to replace it. I told them No thank you that I'd have my guy come and do it for cheaper. They do not communicate with you. No emails. No text until I had them come and look at the microwave. Management service has dropped in the last year. Sad after being here for 10 years.

Staff is rude and not helpful once you live here. Dirty grounds at the back and fencing is falling apart. When I phoned area manager she has not even had the decency to return any of my calls. Paint is peeling of walls and it was just repainted. Stove hasn’t been working properly for over a year it still hasn’t been fixed. Molding in vents.

I have been living in apartment complexes for the last 10 years and this has to be the worst one I have ever lived in. About a week after I moved in there was a string of car break-ins that continues over a few months. They do not control the breed of dogs allowed in the complex. They say they do but looking around it is very apparent they don't care. My dog was attacked by another person's pitbull(illegal breed). When I went to the office it turned out the "resident" wasn't on the resident list... and didn't belong there in the first place. My neighbor above me was broken into and given a hard time about moving out even though he, like many other residents, didn't feel safe. The neighbor next to me smoked illegal substances all the time and the scent would come into my apartment. When I complained I was told there was nothing they could do about it. The neighbor below me regularly had a homemade firepit on the balcony. I spent the bulk of my time there scared for my safety. The entire staff changed over so many times in the 1 year I lived there that I couldn't keep track of them. I would not recommend this complex to anyone. Stay AWAY! Read More
