We’ve faced ongoing health and safety issues in our apartment, including mold and exposure to toxic fumes. Which have affected our well-being and caused financial setbacks. Despite numerous emails and two certified letters sent to management, these problems remain unresolved. The mold remediation company they said was licensed was confirmed not licensed after verification with TDLR. Since 8/22/25 there has been no professional mold remediation and to date no bath tub available to safely shower... or bathe in. Management offered a 2nd floor transfer even while the elevator was out of service, and that unit also had visible mold. Two other units were mentioned but never shown. The constant back-and-forth, medical concerns, and time off work have resulted in real financial and health burdens.
Common areas often have trash, pet waste, and strong urine odors. Exterior door key fobs and parking remain unreliable, especially during events. Multiple residents report the same issues—these are ongoing, not isolated, problems that require serious attention.

I came in to the office at Millennium Waterway last Saturday and was greeted by Heather, I began to explain to her that Fed Ex had delivered a package but we couldn’t locate it and it had been several days. We told her it was something we had ordered for a vacation and we were leaving Monday. She told me to giver her some time but she would do her best to look for it. So excited to move in! Heather was great! She answered all of our questions and was very attentive. We had planned on looking at a few more places, but after looking at the apartment and talking with Heather, we applied immediately.

We’ve been looking around for the right place and have finally found it. I can tell you that Heather is absolutely amazing!! She listened to what it was we were looking for and found the PERFECT place for us. She connects with people and makes them feel at home while looking for that right home.
