Apartment is great, the maintenance team is efficient and attentive. Facility and common area was clean. Right now we have lesser event organized and concierge service standard is dropping.

but, troubles of some equipment happened recently, elevator, entrance key, etc.

Love the people that work here and everyone that lives here is so nice. Super per friendly. Maintenance is a 10/10 and always on top of their game. The apartment and its community areas are very clean.

Best customer service around! It was the deciding factor in coming to live at The McAdams. The leasing office (shout out to Alvin!!!), manager (Sunny), maintenance team and concierge(s) (especially Atif) are second to none on helping you with whatever you need.
