This place was nice when I moved in a year ago, but it's gone downhill fast. The management is poor and will do their best to avoid any concerns you present to them. Parking is an absolute nightmare. If you get home after dark, good luck finding a spot! I've had to park at the hotel next door before. The community is "gated", but anyone can simply walk around the gate. My car has been broken into. I was told there was cameras all over the property but that is not true. The walls are VERY thin.... Dogs bark all day and night and you can hear everything your neighbor does. I'm constantly up all night due to loud neighbors and their dog barking. I've complained and nothing ever gets done. There's trash all over the property and people constantly dump their furniture and it sits by the dumpster and piles up. They say the complex is "smoke free" but that's so not true. Overall, I've had a very bad experience and I can't wait to live somewhere else. Don't buy into the things they tell you when they tour. Not sure why there's so many good reviews here- I haven't spoken to anyone in the complex who has had a good experience.

I love my apartment and its setup. If I would have any complaints theres just 3 the parking, thin walls and not enough storage. Other than that its spacious, well kept, great aesthetic overall beautiful community.
