Excellent Agent that helped me get in my apartment. She was nice and friendly. I didn’t have all the paperwork I needed to get in and she helped me and pointed me in the right direction to go get the paperwork and brought it back and got in my 2 bedroom. She also told me how to transfer utilities. These apartments are beautiful for me and my daughter and the pool is spectacular. Highly recommend! Elise is a professional at her job!

So, I had a knock at my door, and it was the maintenance man. He had a work order that I put in last year for water being under the sink due to the sink being cracked. That sink was just replaced about three months ago. Wow, the communication with these people is great. So they wasted the maintenance man's time and energy.

I lived here with my partner for a few months and the office staff is so disorganized! They NEVER filed our move-in checklist, we had to request all the maintenance through the resident portal over a month later after telling them multiple times maintenance hadn't come by. There were roaches in our unit, the pool was always dirty, and the whole place smelled like marijuana. We had to move out early and found out 2 months later that someone broke into our unit, and they tried to blame it on us... because they never filed the 60-day notice we turned in. The lock on the mail room door was broken for months and as far as I know, never fixed. The gates into the resident parking lot were also broken multiple times, allowing anyone to come and go as they pleased. I do not recommend living here if you have other options. Read More

Maintenance shows up quickly to fix issues in the apartment. I was worried about the move from out of town, but the office staff did a good job at helping me through all of my 100 questions! It's pretty quiet except for the usual apartment living noises.

Stone Ridge is the best place to call home in Texas City It has a Washer and Dryer and the people are great. Definitely worth the Price.
