If you like communication from your office, this is not the place for you. They don’t answer the phone and they don’t complete work orders. They definitely close them out and they will try and charge you when you do leave for normal wear and tear if you stayed in there for over a year, they will charge you for the things that they are supposed to repair the office Lady is very rude. The new management. Only person who actually communicates is Mr. Eddie but if you don’t want the fight and you... don’t want the arguments about bugs roaches being in your apartment and asking for exterminations asking for things to be repaired and they don’t come through and then eventually you get hit with $800 of repairs that are normal wear and tear choose somewhere else

I have been here for a while now and it is quiet, maintenance is great. I feel safe, the staff is cool. I really like the way they try to keep it clean around here also.

So far my stay here has been great every request is answered urgently . They really worked with me during the move in process. The community is quiet and so far I haven’t heard any disruptions
