Move in experience was top tier. I had an issue with billing that took a while to get fixed. I still see errors on my current bill. The apartment is nice and the neighbor is amazing.

I have been living on this property for 5 years. I living here very happy and comfortable. Very clean and well maintained property. Leasing staff is very very cooperative. Special thanks to their Maintainence crew. They fix any problem occurs in the apartment quickly and in a timely manners.

Living at this property has been such a great experience! From the moment I moved in, I’ve felt welcomed and comfortable. The community is beautiful and well cared for — everything from the landscaping to the shared spaces is always clean and inviting. The amenities really enhance daily life, and I love having convenient options like the fitness center, pool, and lounge areas right on site.
The management and maintenance teams have also been amazing — they’re friendly, responsive, and genuinely... care about residents’ needs. I appreciate how quickly any requests are handled and how communication is always clear and professional. It’s also great to see community events and small touches that make this place feel like more than just an apartment complex; it feels like a real neighborhood.
Overall, I’m extremely happy living here and would absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-managed, and welcoming community to call home.

The apartment wasn't properly cleaned. I took pictures of the washroom with stuff between the washer and dryer. Trash and dirt on top of the hot water heater. My move in process was a hassle. I work graveyard shift and told them that I would be there to pick up my keys at 9am when they opened, I didn't get my keys until almost 10am. Then the keys that they gave me didn't work, so I had to walk back down 3 flights of steps, go back to office and tell them that the keys didn't work. This was very... frustrating being that I had worked a 12 hour shift that night before move in.
