This is a quiet complex. The office staff is responsive and attentive. Maintenance staff is prompt and efficient. The community is well taken care of. No security issues.

I toured with Lisa and she was very sweet and I was impressed with how beautiful the property grounds were maintained and how spacious the apartments were. The neighborhood felt safe and I decided to sign a lease. I am looking forward to moving in this summer!

If you like communication from your office, this is not the place for you. They don’t answer the phone and they don’t complete work orders. They definitely close them out and they will try and charge you when you do leave for normal wear and tear if you stayed in there for over a year, they will charge you for the things that they are supposed to repair the office Lady is very rude. I have been here for a while now and it is quiet, maintenance is great. I feel safe, the staff is cool. I really like the way they try to keep it clean around here also.
