My entire leasing process was great. From the first time I came to see the apartment to the day I moved in, the staff was friendly and accommodating! I knew this was the area I wanted to be in, and the apartments are beautiful. They look just like new. I have only had to put in 2 work orders since I've been here, and both of them were taken care of quickly. I would definitely recommend Harmony Park to my friends and family.

Definitely new alright. I have had constant issues with the a.c. unit and apparently am not the only one. Wooden floors for levels 2 and up means for loud noisy neighbors. I hear them walking everynight. Not their fault, can't expect them to tip-toe every night.
Walls too thin and can hear outside events, people conversation, car traffic and ect. Tends to be younger crowd so roads speed limits are exceeded. Water pressure is weak in showers and dishwasher. Put in order to review washer... machine, but told that's how they all are due to conserving and being economical. Parking spot can be an issue. Good location, but built for poorly. Paying extra (not an option) for trash pick up and sometimes is still left.
Residential portal has issues with payment methods. staff tend to be late to respond to emails. Lack communication from staff. Recently told water bill had not been included in monthly bill for the past several months. Sense tension between office staff and maintenance staff.
