I have lived here for years and the pest (specifically mouse) have gotten worse. I have repeatedly found a mouse in my utility closet, and despite reporting this issue multiple times, the leasing office has failed to take any real action. In my opinion poor care of building resulting in very nasty hallway floors and not very pleasant hallways, lack of care for pets from neighbors and people leaving trash bags on the floor made this residence unlivable. Amenities are nice but they get trashed weekly , and seems like cleaning cant keep up.

This place is awful. Pool parties all the time during the summer with a DJ playing ratchet music. Fire alarms going off at all hours. Ants in community coffee machine, dirty gym, cars on bricks. They dont even tell us when crime happens! do not move here.

These reviews are false. You can tell by the dates. There is a big rodent issue. The pool is the selling point but you can only use it until the office close. They will move you in and tell you to write a review. They have been doing construction for the last two years. And will continue to do so which has caused cracks in our apartments and multiple issues due to the construction.
