Good location with a nearby shuttle to take to txst , older units aren't kept up and prioritized as the new units . Good office staff/ customer service.

First year on my own and for my first apartment it’s been a great experience so far. Always in the repairs too whenever you need it. I can tell they are getting better too.

Pretty good overall. Things get done, maybe not timely, but done regardless. Maintenance is good and area is fairly clean with little damage

Good environment with plenty of activities, rent is as expected for the area and is close enough to where transport is available as well as for food
