I lived at Arba Apartments in San Marcos and had a generally positive experience. One of my favorite things was the location and convenience for students. The apartment came furnished, and having my own bedroom and bathroom gave me privacy while still allowing me to live with roommates. I also appreciated the amenities, especially the fitness center, pool, study spaces, and shuttle service to campus. The community often felt lively and social, making it easy to meet other students.

There were a... few downsides during my time there. Maintenance requests could sometimes take longer than I expected, and communication from management was occasionally inconsistent. Maintenance always gets fixed in a timely manner. Good gym. Trash service picked up on time. No complaints really the pool is super nice. I feel safe in my apartment and the bus stop is right outside so I don’t have to walk far
