Great amenities, kind, responsive and phenomenal staff at a great price in a nice location in a convenient part of Riverside, somewhat closer to Downtown! The stars well-deserved!

The staff have been very communicative and that has made moving a bit easier. I would like more security within residential units regarding other tenants but other than that the property is a lot of fun.

It’s been great so far, great apartment with great roommates. My only complaint is that the pool hasn’t been open and there are no tanning chairs!
