My unit (4x4) ac cools down most of the apartment except my room. Tried to get it fixed but said theirs nothing to fix. Plus the upstairs neighbors above my bedroom stomp all day and night. I’ve reported it several times over the 2 years I’ve been here and nothing has changed.
