Really good for the price! The pool could be upgraded a bit, sometimes it’s really dirty and hot tub didn’t work. But overall I enjoy the amenities and people!

Very good for the price. The only issue is I keep having to call maintenance about our freezer not freezing and they don't do anything. Other then that it's fine

Town Lake offers a fantastic location and friendly staff, which are definite pluses. However, my initial experience was marred by significant cleanliness issues. The bathroom had visible mold, and the bathtub's paint was peeling, with mold also growing within the porcelain itself. While the location is undeniably convenient and the staff are welcoming, the maintenance of the property needs improvement. Additionally, there appears to be an issue with trash disposal, as debris sometimes blows out... of the dumpsters and remains unaddressed for extended periods, sometimes months. If the cleanliness and maintenance concerns are addressed, Town Lake would be a much more desirable place to live.

I have enjoyed living here. I am not home very often, so I have not had many chances to use the amenities, but the property is clean and taken care of. I wish we had newer appliances and regular maintenance of apartments such as changing the air filter or light bulbs. Overall, I am satisfied with my experience living here.
