Very easy and smooth. Everyone was really helpful and answered my questions. I will say that early move in was offered initially, but it never became an option. I understand it was never guaranteed.

Low cost, convenient to HEB and I 35. Big issue to me are the roaches keep coming back and endless construction around I 35, and keep raising utilities bill.

Reliable and efficient pricing for what you get. Only downsides would be the inconsistent availability of the pool and one of doors leading to the mail room from near building 1 being non-functional
