I love living here! I've stayed at the Parlor for nearly 2 years now, and I honestly couldn't recommend it enough. It's a great location- I walk to campus, Target, cafes and bars on the square, HEB, etc. Everything in my apartment feels new and modern.

the service has been good. events at the apartment few times a month. security could be better.maintenance and cleanliness of apartment. noise is low.

The staff here has been great. Amenities have been good at the apartment. Have not had any major issues with security of the building so far.
