Asbury are badly managed, lies upon lies. Your property will be thrown in the trash including your children's bicycles and plants. They don't care about the residents,We have many residents with over 6 months of no AC only window fans, your vehicle will be vandalized, trash everywhere... The list goes on... Don't waste your time these apartments are not worth it.

Thank you so much for the review. We always appreciate feedback good or bad. We LOVE our residents which is why we are enforcing Dominium standards across the board. Per your resident handbook you received at move in all unauthorized items... need to be removed. This has become a safety issue. If you have any questions about the community rules and standards or would like another handbook, please stop by the office and I would be more than happy to go over that with you.

Do not waste time or money.
Unfulfilled maintenance request for months. Sliding doors left broken, ceiling fans falling, will remove your personal property off of the porch and throw it away. Over priced for how ghetto they are. Will come into your home and pull curtains down, leaving hardware and tacks all over floor. Stepped on my bed to change blinds that did not need changing and charged 75$ a blind. (Mind you they only cost about 8$). Lights all over do not work due to shortages. Neighbors dryer has not worked... since October, her toilets are loose from the ground, one bathroom does not work at all. Do not rent here.

Thank you for taking your time to leave a review. I completely understand your frustration. Asbury Place is enforcing Dominium standards. All units must follow all community rules. Notices were given out before any blinds were changed to give... you the opportunity to change them yourself. Patio notices were also sent with a list of unauthorized items. If at any time you have a maintenance request, please utilize your resident portal. If you feel that you are not happy with the work performed, please put in a written complaint to management so these issues can be addressed properly. Asbury Place
My husband and I have lived here for 6 years, it was our first apartment as a married couple. The management has changed six times, maintenance men have changed 5 times. It hasn't been a horrible place to live, other than the time when a family with rowdy kids lived here and would go around slashing car tires. The fact that management has changed so many times and they've had a hard time trying to compensate for the poor management prior to them, I do believe they are trying hard. When I was... pregnant with my first child the stove caught fire and we were without a stove for a year, this was our 4th person in management, she made a lot of mistakes. However with the new management things have been looking up, they are trying really hard to get this place back in shape.
