they are done any work orders that are put in aren't done and random charges get thrown on the bill every month with no explanation and emails dont get responded to

Oakdell Way is a very quiet community close to everything from shopping to highway access. The neighbors are quiet but friendly. The management always respond to issues and tries to solve in a timely manner and every work order I've submitted has been resolved as quickly as possible.

I would never move here. Once my lease is up, I'm out. Too many shootings and damage that the office could care less about.

This has to be the absolute worst place to live in San Antonio. I just chose to end my lease and pay the high fee for getting out after only 3 months. My apartment constantly had problems (including ant infestation, broken faucet, holes in my ceiling, broken fridge, broken stove, rat infestation, etc) Save yourself the stress and do not move here, they are in no rush to help you fix anything. My faucet was broken for two months and I was forced to pay the water bill for a sink that never turned... off, they barely just got to it and shut off the sink as a fix.
