Where to start! Well, first of all, when it comes to the front office team, they are top notch (Adam we’ve worked with more closely) and they have gotten all of my service requests taken care of in a timely manner! We even needed our carpet tacked back down and they got a contractor out asap! We love our floor plan but have realized that having one bathroom (2x1) isn’t the best for us. We’re BEYOND looking forward to transferring to a 2x2 when it is that time and will for sure be getting the new... renovated interiors! ?? Other than the one bath being a personal issue, we adore our home! The community is quiet and I LOVE all of the trees! Parking is NEVER an issue where our building is and the pool is beautiful and shaded, which is perfect with how hot summers get! I always say it and mean it but, we’ll be living in this community until we are ready for a house. Not to mention, we originally had an apt leased for two months at a different community up the road only to find out our home was infested with roaches on the day of our move in! I stayed here in 2014-2016 not in one but two different units. I stayed my full LEASE. They even gave me my FULL deposit back. But these apartments decided to FALSEY say I didn’t clean the apartment. Which I KNOW I did. And now I can’t even get into a new place because they decided to say I was EVICTED from these apartments. I now have an EVICTION on my credit report! Can’t believe these apartments have screwed me over. Now me and my three children will be homeless.

I would hardly call this place “pet friendly.” I have never had an issue getting my deposit back until I moved here. I got charged $630 at move out to replace the entire carpet in my unit even though there were ZERO pet stains. Apparently they went through the trouble of ripping up the carpet to find two stains underneath that they charged me $630 for. On top of the $480 I had already paid in pet fees and pet rent over the last 2.5 years I lived there. I know pet fees in apartments are already a... scam, but come on.

They also raised my rent $200 a month in the time that I lived there, which is definitely above the market average.

Before I moved out, I referred a friend to live there because it was within walking distance of work. The office told me I would receive their advertised $250 referral bonus, and then changed their mind and never gave me the bonus.

They’re also terrible with maintenance requests. The older management was decent at it. This new management just kept telling me they “never received it.” I once didn’t have a working kitchen sink for 2 days.

I wouldn’t waste your money. Neighbors are cool but it’s overpriced for what you get now and management is not helpful. Read More

I really liked living here at (The summit of Thousand oaks ) The ladies in the office were very nice and understanding. Maintenance was done on time for us except once our stove broke and they never replaced it, other than that we enjoyed this place.

Love the Apartments, really quiet and the management is amazing. Ive been living here for 2 years and have 2 girls, and its been wonderfull. Great gated area that we havnt had any break ins since ive been living here. The pool is very clean and they probably clean it once or twice a week. And again, great apartments!
