have lived here for 4 years and it seems to get worse everytime the management changes. This year the pool has been a green mosquito bath and the entry gate fobs no longer work, which is always fun with the traffic on Blanco. My neighbor downstairs from me notified me her ceiling has a leak. I figured out how to turn off the water before there was any major damage. I submitted the servicerequest at 1PM and am currently writing this at 11PM with no response and no water.. New renters beware!!... Lipstick on a pig

Renter Beware
I have lived here 18 days. Today my air went out for the 3rd time in that time period. Yes, they "fixed" it the other two times but was it really fixed? Apparently not. I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with the comfort in my own home that I pay my extremely hard earned money for. I felt I had made a good choice as I selected this apartment out of many other options but sadly I no longer feel that is the case. I've had multiple maintenance issues since moving in but the air is by far... the worst. The maintenance staff themselves are fantastic but clearly management doesn't care about fixing something correctly the first time. Speaking of management, I believe they are on their 3rd round since I started looking here a few months ago. Hopefully my air gets fixed soon as I'm stuck here but sadly feel confident it will just break again. Do yourself a favor and keep looking if you're in the market for a new place.

This property is way overpriced
Terrible management, all super rude. Apartment was dirty when we moved in, cabinetry and countertops are crumbling. Water leaks galore. Gym has no equipment, just a couple treadmills and it’s super dirty. Pool is always closed because it’s always dirty. Roaches everywhere in our unit. Parking lot isn’t lit and there aren’t enough spots. Don’t move here!!!

so worth it!!
I just moved in back in April of this year so i havent been here long, but so far its been great! its my 2nd apartment (first was a 2-story townhome so its very different switching to a 1b/1b) but i am currently pregnant & my baby will grow up in this complex! i love the friendly neighbors and because of the pandemic Kayleigh has been wonderful & so much help getting me in here all online! i never even spoke with anyone until i picked my keys up! they were very responsive and attentive and i... absolutely love it here!
