Yes it's cheap but for a reason. I spoke to several neighbors from other buildings and they all like me have a roach problem. The gate isn't even functional, it's always open. Maintenance goes through your stuff and moves your belongings around when they're supposed to be in there to fix stuff. The drainage pipes are disgusting inside. If you look into the bathroom faucet it's black and full of mold inside. The water smells bad and makes the whole apartment smell. The apartment is painted nicely... and looks nice on the outside but everything between the walls is disgusting. I have had many more issues on top of this.
I was debating making this review but no one has done so and people need to know what to expect. Save your time and money and don't rent here.

My wife and I just moved into these apartments and so far so good! It has been a great experience from the time we walked in till now. The ladies in the office are nice and friendly, they answered all our questions and responded to all our concerns. I will defiantly refer this place to friends and family!
