Their ratings went from one star to over three, in a year. The manager has been writing reviews. That’s just the kind of people they are. Find another complex. This place is pure trash. Roaches and rats and lies galore. Everything they fix, they break something else and never come back. They pretend they have no idea what you’re talking about. Just go elsewhere.

There is new management in place here and they have been making lots of changes. They were extremely friendly and helpful with getting me moved in. I was impressed with how they are trying to improve on some of the old issues. There is now a pool that is useable and is very active. The new staff addressed all my apartment concerns. There seems to be a nice family environment here, and the kids love the pool. The dog owners are a bit irresponsible with the dog cleanup, but that is not unusual.... They still have a second pool and a workout room to address, but as a senior the workout room is not a priority for me as there is an awesome workout facility at the nearby senior center. There are roaches in every room. I can’t even cook anything without a little roach or a big roach popping out. They will tell you that pest control comes every Friday but they don’t and tell you to clean but roaches still come. The dog park has poop everywhere and the gates are broken with chairs that are all broken so you can’t even sit down. We don’t have washer dryer connections so we check to see if the laundry facility is working and they are all broken and have a big gashing hole where the... dryers are.
