Every week there is a new rule or a new guideline that must be followed or you will be fined. We pay extra for trash to be picked up at 8pm. I dont get home till 9pm so I set it out when I leave and today they fined me for it $100. This place is a joke. People in the front office are rude also. They are just trying to make some extra money.

This property has changed staff more than five times possibly seven since I have moved in. Rules are always changing and I have been bit by a spider and been requesting pest control after being placed on meds for the spider bite. I pay monthly for pest control and they are neglecting their responsibility and end of the lease at signing. It’s been two months and they have done nothing. I pray you choose another, a better option. Please do not subject yourself to such ill situations and staff with... no moral compass.

The leasing team was super friendly and helpful and were flexible with my move in dates. The pool and gym are really nice and the rent is competitive.
I was told that the old management company was difficult and didn't do a great job keeping the pool clean. Greystar is now managing and everything looks good to me. They managed the apartments where I live in Dallas too. Never had a problem with them.

This is the worst apartment complex I have ever lived in. They are the most negligent and unprofessional management team I have ever had to deal with. They have caused nothing but problems since the day I have moved in. I recommend staying away from this place.
