La Calera apartments has always met up to my standards. Maintenance has always met my service request in a timely manner. I give a shout out to Adrian and Jaruss for their hardwork and dedication to the complex. They are always taking care of my work orders in a timely manner. When my AC went out they we're nice enough to put a small window unit in my room to keep it cool. Keep up the great work gentlemen . God bless the both of you always!!!!

5 out of the 7 days iv been in my unit I haven’t had ac. We're talking unlivable temperatures yesterday I came home to it being 89 degrees

nothing but great experiences here La Calera! . The grounds are clean. Leasing office staff always has something fun going on in one community and communication is excellent .

I was told that the crack in my bedroom wall was due to normal wear and tear and was not covered by management. Not just a crack, but crack deep enough for bugs to come in. If I moved out, I'm sure it would be repaired before being rerented.

I've lived here three years and the quality of the complex and the management has gotten progressively worse. One star simply for price and location, but what you save in price you pay for in inconvenience.
Three years I've lived here, and 3+ times now our mailboxes have been broken into. They waste residents' money on putting up a gate around the mailboxes that wouldn't stop anyone. They wait on "bids" for a fix to this theft that take so long, the boxes get broken into AGAIN! I've had... personal information stolen that has already led to suspicious activity on various accounts. The second year I lived here included cars broken into and a security alarm system that maintenance broke and management refused to replace.
Once this lease is up, I'm out. Poor management, poor quality, poor security. You'll find much better a stones throw away from here. Avoid this complex if you value your security!! Read More
