Additionally, we are unable to invite the following types of dogs to live at our property: American Staffordshire Terrier, American Pit Bull Terrier, or Staffordshire Bull Terrier, all commonly known as Pit Bull or Pit Bull type;

The Enclave is a great looking property with many amenities. The location is safe and convenient to IH10 and 1604. However, the management is difficult to work with. As long as you don't need assistance from the office, I'm sure you will enjoy living here.

The apartments and amenities itself are amazing. However, the parking situation is anything but acceptable and if you are looking for a place with convenient resident parking then look elsewhere. The complex has numbered, covered and some garage space available for an extra cost, but even with the numbered spots people still park in them and the patrol guard on call is difficult to get a hold of and seems to not care at all. All of this results in a very limited amount of un-numbered spots which... are also used by residents leaving a very MINIMAL available spots for guests. The rent here is 1k plus and residents aren't even provided an assigned spot.... a little substandard for a so called "luxury apartment complex. And to top it all off, the staff seems very uninterested in concerns and their kindness often times seems forced and extremely "fake"
