Love it here Great apartments, great location, quiet neighborhood hardly ever any issues. Everyone is nice and understanding at the office.

The only thing that I do have an issue with is the gates at the second entrance. We have our sticker but sometimes the gate doesn't open when the machine beeps after reading the sticker. It gets annoying having to try to get the gate to open.

But other than that, I love living here lol

Thermostat issue resolved Based on information from Frank, I replaced the batteries and adjusted/burnished the contacts myself and had it running when he arrived shortly after I talked with him in the office. All is well.

Please do better I wanted to write this when I was calmer & when we got everything at least resolved. Maintenance does an ok job when they actually do their job. Admin team, it doesn’t feel like they do their job sometimes! We’ve had broken a/c since we moved in & we have requested multiple times to have it fixed. Especially through the portal like admin requests for us to do. Only when we submit a request, after hours then it is an emergency? Then it isn’t handled for at least five days after?... I understand the whole team gets busy with other clients of the property. However it is crazy almost to have our apartment flood & nobody does anything to turn off the water. Then have us go on for at least a week with no working a/c. Admin do better when we call to assistance & maintenance do better other than looking at the a/c then saying you “fixed it.” Read More
