Patty Monteza was born in Lima Peru, at the young age of two, her family decided to move to the San Antonio, Texas. Patty’s parents both had great careers and showed her that with hard work and dedication, “The American Dream” of owning your own home can happen. This is where Patty gets her amazing work ethic, integrity and determination. Patty went to school to become a mortgage loan officer and an appraiser. The love she found in the Real Estate Industry assisted Patty in making the decision of becoming a Realtor. She graduated with a Bachelor degree in International Business Management which provided her the ability and skills to deal with diverse clients from all over the world. She is bilingual in Spanish and English. In her career she has achieved many accomplishments such as Graduating a Business Coaching 7 Week Class, 18 times, and leading her teams. She was named an Early Qualifier for Platinum Top 50 Realtors in San Antonio for 2017-Present, and was named a Finalist in 2020, 2021 and 2022. She was also named Early Qualifier for Top 2.5% for Platinum Top 50 Realtors in San Antonio. She strives to not only help her clients with the best way to get the home that they are looking for, but also in helping the seller get the maximum net for their home. She also helps the new agents in being the best they can be by teaching a training class to new agents when they join Keller Williams. If that does not say enough to have her be part of the training groups with one of the best brokers, than what else can. In 2023 Patty grew to create a team of Monteza Real Estate Group, and has the support that is needed to take care of the clients that they help. They are a boutique style group consisting Patty Monteza - Lead Agent & CEO, Gage Reyes - Lead Client Care Coordinator & Buyer Agent, and Selina Reyes - Lead Showing Agent & Buyer Agent & Daisy Abentao - Executive Assistant which is the foundation of us all.
