The property has an older inner structure so it’s roach infested and filled with mold. There’s water damage throughout the property that they refuse to fix, they’ll tell you it’s normal to see black mold. Management doesn’t care about your well being, they are extremely unprofessional. Place is a dump.No hot water in shower,room smells like a dirty hotel,roach traps in every corner,air filter clogged up with dust,dead bugs in the floor,wall outlet covers missing,sliding balcony door doesnt lock,pool hasnt been cleaned in ages,Utencils like forks and spoons are disgusting,Door is covered in mold,overall just a nightmare of a place to have to stay.

Whoever has purchased this property has made it obvious through their policies, and changes, that they do NOT value their resident's safety, or security.

This property used to be called The Amberton. A new company has purchased it in the past couple years, and changed it from that to The Lynx. They have a sign out front advertising they did a MULTI-MILLION dollar renovation, and within those millions of dollars they couldn't find a budget for anything to prevent the constant theft of... resident's mail, and vehicles from the property.

Changes include makeovers on amenities like the pools, new railings on the balconies, and new shingles on the rooves. The leasing office was given a HUGE makeover, new carpets, computers, floors, paint job, and a kitchenette.
Everything to give the APPEARANCE of a new fancy apartment complex, but that's as far as the updates go.

The gates have no cameras, so anyone can go in. The fence has holes in it, so anyone can sneak in if the gates are locked. They have cameras ALL AROUND the leasing office, but none at the gates to see who is coming or going.

Just last night I had to chase someone away who had broken into the residential mailboxes. Two days ago I saw two people standing in a parking spot that had a pile of broken glass next to it, looking for their car that was obviously stolen.

The leasing office states they have a patrol car for security. I have yet to see such a vehicle on the premises.

When I bring any of this up with the leasing office they tell ME to go report the broken mailboxes to the post office. They also gave me a number for the security to call......THEY installed the boxes, AND chose to secure them with as little money as they could muster, so why am I left with the responsibility to report, and follow up? I don't own the property, and I didn't spend MILLIONS of dollars to paint the roses red, while not actually fixing anything.

Ive been here for less then a month and the apartments are infested with roaches. Walked into my new apartment to see it crawling with roaches! Yea they'll come and try and bomb and spray but they expect you to live like this and pay the full rent to live with roaches.

manager is horrible, she has no customer service skills, my vehicle was towed twice in 2 months time after i registered vehicle in front office. i ve been waiting corporate to return my calls for over a week now. manager threatens me with eviction after i find out my vehicle has been towed for the second time because she see me on camera outside cursing to myself with no one around and then she tells me theres nothing she can do, then tells me with sarcasm have a great day!!!!! the only... thing i can say is asst. manager has very good cust. service skills Read More
