Was great the past 3 years, but now after the new manager took over it's like you don't even exist as a resident. All messages go without a response, phone, portal, and email. You have to go in to get any type of response and even then it's not helpful. They won't even address missing mail or let you post on the resident board anymore. The only one who seems to care is Keirra.

I?ve lived here for about 6 months now, and an overall great experience so far. Friendly staff and they are quick to resolve any problems that may arise.

I really enjoy living at Bulverde Oaks. The staff is always helpful and nice. The grounds are well-kept and I appreciate the new lighting on my building as the light across the from my building no longer works. I leave so early in the morning, but I've never run into any issue with safety. A great place to live.

Excellent leasing office manager, staff & maintenance crew! We enjoy our 2 bedroom, 2 bath apartment with attached garage. Our maintenance crew takes care of our service requests almost immediately or within 24 hours. Noise level is okay. Friendly, quiet environment. We have lived at Bulverde Oaks for almost 6 years & love it. Highly recommend the management company start Pet DNA system to identify violators of not picking up their pet poop. It?s great. I rated four stars only due to horrendous parking. There is simply not enough free spaces. Which begs the question if it was done on purpose to sell covered parking and garages.
