10 April 2026, I have been here for 3 years now and overall, it is a nice and safe place to live. The staff is very welcoming and will go out of their way sometimes to assist you. Maintenance takes care of you in a timely manner as well. The residents so far, I have encountered, stay to themselves. Very quiet mostly, I like that and sometimes you hear people having a good time and I enjoy that also. Nice landscape and pool area, well-kept for the most part.
Now the not so good, people continue... to not pick up their dog poop and will also walk to other buildings and let their dog poop and not pick it up. Dog park in the back is always dirty and full of poop, lots of bugs and flies, so I rarely went there, it is not well kept at all. The dog trash bin in the dog park is usually overrun with human trash as well. I have spoken with the manager about these things and she said she does not have a way to know who is not picking up their dog poop, which is a problem.

Safety Issue, there needs to be speed limit signs posted on property as I have seen on another property. I have brought this up to the manager and nothing has happened to fix it. Too many times, vehicles are speeding through and almost hitting kids, people who are walking with family and or pets. This needs to be addressed asap before someone gets hurt. Read More

Very disappointing living experience due to the number of beetles, mosquitoes, and other insects that manage to find their way into my apartment. Despite keeping my apartment clean and putting in maintenance requests for pest control the situation has not improved. Other than that, it’s a great place to live.

The apartments did an eviction and left all the tenants belongings (including rotting food) right outside my patio. This was on Friday and When I called the property Saturday the lady was very rude and stated that it would be removed Monday and that “by law” they have to leave the items outside. There is no law stating it has to be right outside my patio. This is unsanitary, it has created bugs and a bad odor and it is now Monday, I got back from work and the office is closed and the items... are still there. Read More

Management is terrible. They will not help with anything. They don’t even enforce any of the rules listed on their move in package. I have been complaining about noise from my upstairs neighbor for months and they have done nothing about it. They do not care if you get sleep, they only care if you make rent on time. I have lost countless hours of sleep. I pretty much pay to store my belongings in a locked climate controlled area. I cannot get any rest. There is zero time to relax. It is ALWAYS... noisy.
