I'm so in love with these apartments!!! Would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking for a quiet & clean place in the Sachse area. Enri at the office is professional and very helpfully!

I’ve been here for 2 days and I already know that I will not be renewing my lease. I moved here from out of state and what I walked in to is nothing like what is advertised online. My unit has not been updated and the property manager is not willing to do anything to accommodate unless I pay an additional $85 for rent. I was basically misled and taken advantage of because of false advertisement.

Just so that I give them a fair review, Lore and Liz were a pleasure to work with over the phone... but unfortunately there is not much they have done to help me with this situation. In fact, I was told that all of the units look the same and that’s a lie. On another positive note, the grounds are well kept and that’s pretty much all I can say because I don’t know much about anything else, as I’ve never had a tour and I don’t know about any of the other amenities. Unless you like dealing with a manager who is rude and condescending and flat-out smart aleck, I wouldn't consider moving here. The current manager is the THIRD in two years. She bulldozes conversations not just with you, but even those you're having with the other staff. Her email communications are rude to the point she has had to retract her statements more than once, and even then her so-called apology is weak. One such email threatened to fine me and have a suit filed against me for... late payment....my payment wasn't late.....turns out, she sent the same email to everyone in the complex and her retraction was that she was required by law to send it and sorry for upsetting everyone Really? So, if that's true she was "required" to send that email, then why not say so up front instead of sending a threatening email all willy-nilIy and upsetting everyone? I have lived in the complex for several years now and am counting the days until I can move out and never look back. (The review below mentions a staff member named Evelyn....in the 4 years I have been here, there hasn't been someone on the office named Evelyn, and that person left their review a year ago.) My husband and I lived here and never had anything negative to say, front office was always extremely supportive and sweet especially Evelyn. Her husband who also works maintenance was always a pleasure, too. Loved it here!

Me and my husband were young and having a baby. We decided we needed to be on our own and we went around to so many apartments trying to decide what our best option was to bring our newborn home to. We moved into this place reading horrible reviews but I never saw why because the office managers were always so kind and helpful to us. The maintenance was always at our door even on weekends if the A/C went out or something happened that couldn't wait. The only thing I did not like was the parking... lot gets very very full but that in no way reflects the work that the office puts into their apartment. We adored living at this apartment and were very sad we had to move out but we needed a house at this point. Awesome apartment, I highly recommend them. Read More
