Great community. Nice and quiet. Located not to far restaurants, entertainment. No issues with neighbors or only tenants. Pet friendly. Overall nice and quiet community for a family.

You can share my comments with anyone you wish. I love it here for a few reasons. 1. the complex is small, and I get to know my neighbors. 2. my little Buddy loves his walk sniffing all his little friends' butts. 3. Regardless of how busy the office is they always find time to greet and smile at me. 3. Waiting for another "get to know your neighbor" buffet.

This apartment has a great school district and is a safe area in Flowermound.
There is no noise between floors, and when you apply for a service request, they come quickly for maintenance and are very friendly.
There is a market right across the street and some restaurants, so it's very convenient to live in.

Being a resident here is fantastic. The staff if great! They really do their best. Eleven11 has lots to offer great company, great staff, quiet neighborhood, great walking attractions, great schools, and buildings with old charm and modern interior renovations. Do yourself a huge favor and check it out.

The backyard of my townhouse has not had any grass in three years. It is just dirt and mud. When I’ve asked about it, the only answer I’ve gotten is that it’s not in the budget. I’ve also mentioned it in surveys like this one. I feel like some of my rent should include being able to live in surroundings that are pleasing, presentable, and enjoyable. Thank you.
