The "security" feature will lure you in at first. Then you soon find out that the cameras don't work, theres a weed problem, and rampant theft. Unfortunately, I have a 15 month lease here but by October, I hopefully will be gone.

I love the management team they are very nice and they listen to if you have an issue and they are very prompt and correcting any issues at this residence, they are awesome
