I am incredibly disappointed with my experience living at this complex. It has become nearly impossible to take any pride in where I live due to the sheer negligence of management and the deplorable state of the property.

The grounds are absolutely filthy. It is clear that basic sanitation is not a priority here. The most egregious issue is the constant, overflowing dog waste stations that go unemptied for days, if not weeks. It is disgusting, unhygienic, and makes the common areas feel like a... health hazard rather than a place to live.

To make matters worse, maintenance is non-existent. You can expect to wait weeks for even the most basic repairs. It is completely unacceptable to be left dealing with broken utilities or other housing issues for such an extended period while paying full rent.

When you try to escalate these concerns, management is either completely unresponsive or dismissive. Trying to get a straight answer or a timely solution from the office is an exercise in futility. They simply do not care about the quality of life for the residents here.

Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. This place is poorly managed and unmaintained. I would strongly advise anyone considering moving here to run in the other direction.

I’m writing this review because I’ve had enough looking around the complex to the poor management keeping the place safe for children and pets. The dog poop trash cans are CONSTANTLY overflowing to where there’s a new pile on the ground, not just at one trash can, but MULTIPLE. Not to mention the land mines of dog poop everywhere you go! I wish there was some sort of way to hold the dog owners more accountable for picking up after their dog.

I just discovered a full on pair of ADULT SCISSORS... on the Volleyball sand box free for any child to pick up and play with.

I was told there would be a Dog Park this Summer (2022) upon signing my lease and still have constant avoiding the question.

The entrance gate has been broken since I moved in back in November and still not fixed. I’ve reported a person sleeping in their car overnight in our complex that doesn’t even belong in our complex but they are free to enter since our entrance gate is open 24/7.

I really do enjoy my apartment and their attempt to host little get togethers but the management is a big disappointment in regards to keeping up with the grounds. Maybe they can hire more people to be in charge of keeping the place more desirable for tenants?

I’m giving this place 3 Stars at least because I absolutely loved Bryce (leasing agent) upon signing my lease but he has since moved to a new location. I really love my unit and the complex and I’m sure I’ll love the gym whenever it’s done being renovated, but if you want the management to follow through with anything they say they will do you need to *hound* them. Nice people though. Had a terrible move-in experience but I love my unit.

We have lived here for almost a year now and have not encountered any issues. The apartment is perfect size and great price for this area. Walking distance from many stores and places to eat. The staff is wonderful and also respond promptly back. The pool is open all year round so that’s awesome!
