Excellent place to live. It’s a very quiet and peaceful place to live. Neighbors are very polite. The office and the maintenance staff is great! Always willing to help, and very friendly.

City North Apartments is an amazing quiet peaceful community, with friendly personable, and professional staff. I would recommend this property to friends and family.

Since I have been here I love the location and the things that are here at City North, there are a lot of things and places in the area and they are good places.

We lived here for a year and didn’t like it because of noisy neighbors and no parking after work. We could hear neighbors from across the breezeway all the time. Had to park all the way on the other side of the apartment complex at night because no parking anywhere. We moved after our lease ended, and now getting calls from two debt collecting companies saying we owe them money, and turned out City North changed our amount due after we paid our last rent, and charged us extra for late fee... because they failed to notify us with the extra charge they added after we paid. We went to the office and the girl was unprofessional, facetiming her guy while helping us with the incorrect bill, she told us her manager will contact us, but no one ever contacted us. We had to solve these with the debt collector and paid extra. Now we’re getting calls and emails from another debt collector asking for even more money for City North.
