We currently live in this apartment community since November , and unfortunately, our experience has been extremely disappointing.

The lack of communication and basic common sense from management is beyond anything we have experienced before. Every time we report an issue, we are met with excuses and justifications, but no real solutions. There is no follow-up, no accountability, and clearly no genuine concern for residents.

The overall condition of the property is unacceptable. Since the last... storm, several apartment roofs remain unrepaired. The common areas are poorly maintained, and there is dog waste everywhere. As a pet owner myself, it is frustrating to see such neglect and lack of enforcement.

The gym equipment is outdated and in poor condition. Some machines are missing buttons, do not function properly, and I even experienced an electrical shock while using one, which is extremely dangerous.

Additionally, this is advertised as a “smoke-free” community, yet in our building and throughout the property there is a constant presence of marijuana and cigarette smoke. It is clear that policies are not being enforced, which directly affects the quality of life for residents who follow the rules.

There are no community-building activities or efforts to create a welcoming environment for residents, which adds to the overall negative experience.

To make matters worse, construction work at the pool started without any prior notice, warning, or apology. The constant noise and dust have made daily living very uncomfortable, and once again, management has failed to communicate with residents.

It is extremely frustrating to pay to live in a place that does not meet basic standards of maintenance, safety, and respect.

I would not recommend this community under any circumstances.

A calm life in the middle of the city where you can walk to many places... you can walk to the market, the bank, the school. a great luxury...

Just called for a Maintenace emergency for my AC not working and it currently 80 degrees and climbing. Mike with Maintenace tried to tell me he would not be out to my apartment until tomorrow at 9am. I told him absolutely not and that he needed to come out and do whatever was needed to not leave me without any AC in this horrific heat. He then proceeded to yell at me that he would be bringing a portable fan and would not come to try and fix my AC until Monday. He has a very unprofessional and... nasty attitude towards me, and it is not acceptable in any way.

There is a Maintenace emergency number set up to call when residents have emergencies. This is very unprofessional and unacceptable behavior from Maintenace staff towards a resident having an emergency.

The people in our community office are the reason why we love living here very professional and helpful. Love the manager she is great and always positive.

Allure is a great mid-size community and I do feel very safe staying here with my family. Has a nice pool area, clubhouse, fitness center and many more.

Best thing I enjoy about Allure is the monthly events. Management takes initiates to organize various functions/events where we all gather and have fun. I think you guys should add something for Diwali too.

Overall a good experience and I would recommend my friends to look for Allure when they plan for a change.
