This place is terrible I recommend not coming here, they steal out here and police don’t do anything about it nor will the office let you check the cameras, gate broke 24/7 just went thru 3-6 different maintenance problem.

Bad experience overall. Cockroaches everywhere.
Cockroach infested! They are everywhere literally! Gate always broken and opened, everyone can enter the property territory without any problem. Dirtiest pool I’ve ever seen, I never swim there, never, it’s disgusting. Trash everywhere around the property. They charge you if their pipes clog, and they clean the drain. They charge for valet trash, and doesn’t pick it up! They charged me for 6 months and never picked up trash from me once. Rejected to stop charging me, and still no pickup!!! Just... very bad, I would never rent this place if I knew.

Poorly managed property
Having resided here only 6 months, the property already gone through 2 management companies, and there is only one maintenance worker on site. The worker will show up anytime at his convenience; not at the convenience of the property dweller. ALSO: lots of superficial work done on the exterior only when the owners of the property have been scheduled for a visit. The management company is making money for themselves by keeping expenses to a bare minimum. Rent is not controlled, so it... fluxuates day to day. Look elsewhere to find responsibly managed properties...

Pest infestation and not move in ready
When I moved in my unit was full of roaches. Took multiple attempt to leasing office to get sprayed. Between the two of us move in date was pushed multiple times. The leasing staff has no empathy towards tenants and need to be more considerate. If a unit is not move in ready it needs to be explained. No one should have to deal with pests or continue to request maintenance on stuff that should have been taken care of from the get go. This is an embarrassment on the property themselves and I would... not recommend this property to anyone in the future ever. If I could rate 0 I would.

Management Always Unavailable
I Completed a 1 year lease I paid move out costs of $91.76 with a $92.00 money order. I received a .24 cent check back from them and a month later I receive a collection notice from NCS stating I owe the apartments $91.76 completely ridiculous. The management has been emailed and have not received an email back. I’ve called for 2 weeks daily and management is not there. All I want is an acknowledgement that the issue is being looked into or a call back. Always paid my rent on time never had... issues. Don’t deserve this. Very unprofessional.
