Don't Be Fooled by the Tour — Reality is Much Different
Potential renters should be aware that the model unit shown during tours is not representative of the complex's overall condition. While that specific unit is well-maintained, the majority of the available apartments are in poor repair. Additionally, my experience with the management office—specifically Randi—was disappointing. I found her approach to maintenance requests unprofessional and dismissive. I would advise taking the high praise in other reviews with a grain of salt, as it does not... align with the level of service I received.

I love it here... It's such a quiet and laid back community... And it's such a great place to live... They stay on top of maintenance landscaping and try to accommodate everyone's needs
