When I first moved in last November it was under the other management. Little later they were transitioning into the new Management Team. Since day one Lisa, Kristen and Jamie have been awesome to me. I can come in the office with a problem or just to say hello and they are so kind. Having a smile on their faces. The apartment I'm in now I've had couple things break. I've called up the office and told them. Within a couple days the problem was fixed. When my lease ends, I'm looking at and... hoping to be able to renew. I really like it here and its nice and quiet.

Excellent place to call home!
We moved to Breakers about 6 months ago and we love it! The office and maintenance team are always friendly and helpful. We really enjoy our time at the beautiful pool. And the gym is very functional with lots of options for cardio. The property is always clean and secure. We absolutely love it here!

Pool issues
The new management team is having trouble keeping the pool cleaned properly and the “resort’ fountains for the pool are never on. We pay a lot of extra community fees to help with this kind of maintenance; however, seems like they just can’t keep the pool to the standard our community is accustomed to.

Mold Infestation
After 3 months since I moved to this property, I found serious respiratory disease due to mold infestation at the surface of AC. Maintenance is very poor, low-quality washer and dryer and dishwasher, lots of hidden fees charges.

During our tenure at Breakers, we have taken steps to address your concerns, including repairing your AC/heater. As the manager, it is my priority to ensure that all residents feel comfortable and content in their homes. Recognizing your concern about the heater not functioning when the temperature was 70 degrees outside, I personally attended to the matter on my day off.
While the situation did not qualify as an emergency, I chose to address it directly to alleviate any frustration you may have had that caused you to yell at the office staff and refuse to leave the office. Upon inspection, your heater was found to be in working order. Additionally, I provided my personal portable heater for your comfort in case of any further issues that day.
We strive to provide the best possible service and hope that you are satisfied with the outcome, knowing that your equipment is now functioning properly. Please don't hesitate to reach out if you have any further concerns or if there's anything else we can assist you with.

Breakers hit the nail on all my specifications! But what is was that sold me most was the friendly and empathetic staff. I’ve lived so many places and Breakers has been the best place out of all of them.
