I had a great experience living here! The community is clean, quiet, and well-maintained, and the office staff was always friendly, professional, and quick to help whenever I had questions or needed assistance. Maintenance requests were handled promptly, and the team truly seemed to care about the residents.
The amenities were always in good condition, and I felt safe and comfortable throughout my time here. Overall, it was a wonderful place to call home, and I would definitely recommend this... community to anyone looking for a well-managed apartment with a welcoming atmosphere.

Leasing agents are liars
The leasing agents are liars trying to extend our lease when we already communicated we were leaving when our original lease date was up.
It also floods around our building, the dog park smells because no one cleans it up, the pool is constantly closed.

Our lease agreements require a 60-day written notice prior to move-out, and renewal letters are provided as a reminder... when lease expiration dates are approaching. These notices are intended to help residents make informed decisions regarding their housing plans and avoid any misunderstandings.
Regarding the pool, closures occur only when necessary to perform cleaning, maintenance, or address safety concerns to ensure the amenity remains in good condition for all residents.
The vehicle towing that occurred was related to scheduled parking lot repairs. Residents were notified in advance and asked to relocate their vehicles prior to the start of the project. While the parking lot improvements were scheduled before the weather event occurred, unexpected storm conditions impacted the project timeline and were unfortunately outside of our control.
We appreciate all resident feedback, as it helps us continue improving our community. If you would like to discuss any of these concerns further, we encourage you to contact our management team directly.

Living at Breakers
When I first moved in last November it was under the other management. Little later they were transitioning into the new Management Team. Since day one Lisa, Kristen and Jamie have been awesome to me. I can come in the office with a problem or just to say hello and they are so kind. Having a smile on their faces. The apartment I'm in now I've had couple things break. I've called up the office and told them. Within a couple days the problem was fixed. When my lease ends, I'm looking at and... hoping to be able to renew. I really like it here and its nice and quiet.

Excellent place to call home!
We moved to Breakers about 6 months ago and we love it! The office and maintenance team are always friendly and helpful. We really enjoy our time at the beautiful pool. And the gym is very functional with lots of options for cardio. The property is always clean and secure. We absolutely love it here!

Pool issues
The new management team is having trouble keeping the pool cleaned properly and the “resort’ fountains for the pool are never on. We pay a lot of extra community fees to help with this kind of maintenance; however, seems like they just can’t keep the pool to the standard our community is accustomed to.
