This place just isn’t it! Don’t let the cheap price tag fool you because there’s a reason it’s that cheap.
Positives: The office staff were always considerate when I stopped by to pay rent or pick up a package. They knew my name and we never had any issues with them. The location is very nice and I honestly miss living on Ocean Dr. The size of our apartment was pretty big for how much we paid. I also liked how our bills were all included.
Negatives: Our neighbors were TERRIBLE and I really... think they let anyone live here just to get money. The bugs were not great and they don’t do pest control enough. Our kitchen sink overflowed when we used the upstairs shower. Our apartment wasn’t ready when we moved in so we had to submit over 15 maintenance requests within the first week. One of our cars got broken into because there’s no security. Our mailbox door wouldn’t lock towards the end. People let their dogs roam freely without any supervision. The laundry room is not clean or maintained. The pool is a free for all and everyone leaves trash and does not respect the space. The appliances inside the apartment are super old.
We definitely didn’t have the worst experience from what I’ve read in other reviews, but it wasn’t great. There are definitely better options and safer options than this place.

Ocean drive estates
The apartments are spacious. Parking is not as convenient as I would like but the location is fantastic. Office staff have been reasonable and have responded to issues we have had fairly quickly. Pool is nice and well kept. There are issues with internet so that should not be a consideration and should be purchased for reliability. Spacious with great location. Pet friendly.

Ocean Drive Estates
This is a great apartment if you want to be centrally located between downtown and the base/campus. There are great stores nearby and it's a quick drive to get to SPID.

Great apartments! The staff is friendly and maintenance get things done when told about a problem. Parking is an issue but tolerable.
