Amazing

I’ve had a great experience living at Water View Apartments. The management team is always professional, approachable, and genuinely cares about the residents. Anytime I’ve had a question or needed assistance, everything was handled quickly and smoothly.

The maintenance staff deserves special recognition—they are fast, reliable, and do quality work. Requests are completed in a timely manner, and it’s clear they take pride in keeping the property in great condition.

The location is another huge... plus. It’s convenient, well-situated, and close to everything you need, which makes day-to-day living much easier.

Overall, this community stands out because of the strong team, great upkeep, and excellent location. I would definitely recommend living here.

Great Property

Complex is always clean. Leasinf Agent Melvin always gets back with me for any concern. And maintenance is very reliable.

Great Experience

Working with the office staff was a breeze during leasing. Ever since move-in I've had great interactions with the entire staff, from the manager to the maintenance team. Also, I appreciate the events that the staff puts on from movie nights at the pool to a soda bar at the office. A positive experience all around!

Renewing Resident

I am very happy here. I moved last year, and I just renewed my lease again. The property is clean, maintenance is so fast anytime I have a complaint or work order ticket. Mr. David is very responsive and caring. The office always helps me with any questions, and they are very friendly too. I love taking my dog to the dog wash.

Happy Resident

I have been a resident now for 2.5 years and I do not plan on leaving any time soon. Management is kind and maintenance is great. Any time I need help or I have a question- any one that I speak with is very caring and helpful. My apartment is on the 3rd floor and I have a nice view of the pool that I love. I recommend The Waterview to anyone looking to move to Richmond.
