Sharing Feedback on Lease Renewal process

I have consistently given 5-star ratings in previous years, especially appreciating the location and staff. However, this year my rating would be lower due to my lease renewal experience. The team was firm on a nearly 10% increase, despite online pricing appearing significantly lower, and after multiple requests, no alternative options were provided.
I hope the management can review this process, as greater flexibility and transparency during renewals would greatly improve the resident...
experience. Prospective residents may also want to understand how renewal pricing is handled in subsequent years.

The management is outstanding as is the maintenance crew. The apartment areas are very clean and well kept. Landscaping was recently replaced and the gates are now controlled through resident’s phones (which is awesome).
