I lived in this apartment complex for 15 months, and compared to my previous apartment, I experienced many problems.
1. There is a serious cockroach and insect problem. Even with repeated pest control treatments, the issue was never fully resolved. 2. Maintenance and management are very poor. For almost every issue, you have to contact or visit the leasing office multiple times before anything gets done. 3. Most importantly, when you move out, they deduct money from your security deposit for... very minor and unreasonable reasons. I found this extremely unfair. 4. There is constant noise from the air-conditioning and cooling equipment located right outside the bedroom window and near the balcony. The noise is very disturbing and makes it difficult to enjoy or even use the balcony. 5. The garbage trucks empty the dumpsters very early in the morning, around 6:00 AM. Even though my unit was not very close to the trash collection area, the noise was still extremely disruptive. 6. The entrances to the pool and fitness center are poorly lit and feel unsafe during non-business hours.
I moved out as soon as I could. Overall, I would not recommend this apartment community to anyone.

Safety / Security
The location is absolutely wonderful BUT I have not been a fan ever since I walked out of the apartment to someone trying to open the door to my car. Thank goodness I always lock it! I'm not sure if this has been an issue for anyone else or not but it makes sense with the lack of security and lighting. I'd hate for anyone to lose belongings, or worse, their car!

Not a fan
Poor management that lacks organization and communication. Dim lighting at night that does not foster a safe environment. Gates and entry keypad are for eye wash as they have not worked in years. I agree with other reviews about "nickel and diming you". Also, they drag their feet on maintenance requests and do not update carpet, paint, or other cosmetics of your apartment if you have lived there for an extended period of time. If you come here you will be counting down the days to move out.
