Alesio Urban Center is one of the worst places to live in Las Colinas. The apartments are far from luxury. They have a roach problem and the lower level garage is like an ongoing swimming pool for days after it rains. It always smells of sewage because of all of hot garbage everywhere. They also load you down with fraudulent fees when your lease is up collecting thousands of dollars for unwarranted reasons.

It's 2 in the morning on a Friday night. I was woken up by my 'Smoke Detector'. No, there's no smoke or fire in my apartment.
I have complained about this issue over months and it was never solved. It'll never be solved. My only sweet release from all these countless sleepless nights is that my lease is ending this month.

Short review: don’t move here.

Long review: The management only cares about taking your money. They put on a nice, new coat of paint on the buildings, but inside they are never cleaned. Trash all in the halls, elevators, stairwells. And I dare you to get someone on the phone ?? not going to happen. It’s cheap for a reason. I get if this is your only option in your price range, but don’t say you weren’t warned.

I've lived here for a few years now and it was all good in the beginning. Great location and nice amenities. But the longer I have stayed, I've started to hear about crimes happening in the garages and started to see the property deteriate and see police cars more often. I have also seen a broken window facing the lake. The problem is that there's no security here whatever. No gates, no cameras. The gate in the garage is almost never working so its left open often. Constant robberies. Managment refuses to put cameras in the garages. Garage gate broken open and stays open for months on end. Anyone can go up and down. Zero security. Occasional gun shots at night. They will comment under this post to act like they are there to help. But the number they post doesn't go to anyone and ask managment for help all you want..they wont
