They have the worst customer service!! All the staff is so rude and doesn't even know what they are doing. The apartments are in OKAY condition but let me say how bad it is for them to come and fixed something from your apartment. Not to say they only do emergency repairs anything else has to wait! Why do I have to wait over 2 months to get something fixed when I'm paying for a service. They say they have 2 pools but during the time I was there they were only open like... 3 time and you know the worst part!! The water is allocated within all other residents! So that means you are paying what other people are also using . WHAT THE HELL! It was only my fiancé and me living in the apartment and we had to pay over $100 MONTHLY just for sewer and water I don't even pay that in my new house! That is just crazy! They want to charge you for everything but yet they do not want to give you the service you are paying for!! It was just a nightmare living at those apartments. The prices they are charging it's better to go off and rent out a house. I have been trying for them to give me a work order for water damage that happened at my apartment so that my insurance can pay me for damages, and it's been a month and I'm still waiting to hear back from them. I’m not even a person that writes reviews but I leave here right now and it’s terrible. They gave me a “newly renovated unit” and the sink looked like it was decaying my first day there. I put in a work order and no one ever came to fix it but they marked it as completed, the door didn’t touch the threshold so I had a cricket and bug problem, the garbage disposal doesn’t work, there’s a leak in my bathroom ceiling, and no one has come to do anything about any of it. When I went to the office... they said they would take care of it but they never did, and when they did send someone for the leak he came and made it worse. I saw this had four stars and just didn’t want anyone to be tricked like I was. If I could find somewhere else to live I would get out of my lease and move in a heartbeat. I am so dissatisfied with Arbrook park. I have been here for 3 months and they have closed all my work orders without repairing the issues or even coming to the apartment. There is trash everywhere. They don't respond to emails and when you walk in they tell you they will get on it and don't. I currently have a non working light in my living room, broken faucet, leak in my bathroom sink, there is a loud fan noise in my bathroom, my microwave door fell apart when I opened it, I have 2 different... doors to my closet.
