Yesterday, I went to this office to rent an apartment and asked the gentleman who was there to give me water. He gave me a glass and said go get it from the kitchen. I entered the kitchen and was looking for a water cooler or water bottle. But I didn't find anything, and when he saw my surprise, he said that you have to fill your glass from the tap in the dishwasher!!!!!! This apartment belongs to the MAA Highwood company, which is apparently luxury, of course, in terms of price. The maintenance service is very fast and people in the management is friendly

Consider a different property if you're headed in this direction. I've lived here for 11 years and I used to love it, but lately I can't seem to get any repairs done. I've had a hole above my window for nearly three weeks and every time it storms it gets a bit bigger and the rain comes in. I go through several towels and a bowl every time. The office says they will keep me updated on the repairs, but they don't. It did not used to be like this.

There are a lot of gate issues and its almost like nobody is ever in the office so I cant get my packages.

Overall satisfying. As the property is kind of old, the AC feels a little bit weak during summer time.
