Do not live here. I have been living here since they opened and nothing has functioned properly from the very beginning. The garage gate breaks constantly. Pipes bursting. Random fire alarms. The outdoor grills have now been broken longer than they were operational. There's been a burglary. Amazon locker parcels are still not functioning. Do not be fooled by the new building façade. Live elsewhere.

We appreciate you taking the to share with us, and we’re sorry to hear the community hasn’t live up to your expectations. We did have an issue with the gates after a major storm and repaired them as quickly as possible. We apologize for the... inconvenience. The grill were not yet operational until construction in that area was complete. We did have a timer issues caused by use of a grill before they were ready, and that was addressed immediately. All the grills are functioning now and we hope you enjoy cooking up some delicious food on them. The fire alarm issue was caused when a vehicle in the garage struck an overhead pipe.
